One of our most fulfilling roles is in assisting entrepreneurs to establish new and frequently exciting ventures. These can range from management buy outs, when having worked within a business for a number of years an opportunity can present itself to an employee to acquire the business from its existing owners, to new “Dot Com” start-ups, which despite a number of high profile failures in the national press, still have a future if the idea and structure are right. We liase very closely with leading local solicitors at the outset of many new ventures, and by getting things right initially, and having the right connections to make things, the client can devote their time and talents to the things they know best.
